REGIONAL MANAGER
National High End Residential Builder
Our client is a well established ultra high end general contractor with offices on both coasts, including one here in NYC. The firm focuses on the highest of high end residential interiors, gut renovations, new townhouses, etc... This is a growing firm with tremendous upside potential and an impressive portfolio of work here in NYC over the last decade.
The Regional Manager for this firm will lead operations of a staff of up to 30 people including project managers, superintendents, estimators, support staff, etc.. and will report back to 'corporate' regularly while also coordinating closely with ownership in a team oriented push to grow this business unit.
Candidates for this position must have Operations Experience and Verifiable Experience successfully growing companies, business units or market sectors within a company. Ultra High End Residential experience is preferred, but certainly not necessary if you are amazing at what you do. If you do have experience in ultra high end residential, it will be expected that you have strong relationships with NYC architects and will be able to leverage those relationships as the firm seeks out new business.
This is a LONG TERM, HIGH IMPACT position which requires a laundry list of skill sets held by few in our industry. Beyond whats on paper, we are looking for a true professional. He or she who holds this position must be a supportive manager, a diplomatic director, and someone who believes that repeat business comes through treating your clients, architects and subcontractors with respect.
