Our client is a high profile owner / developer / builder with a legacy in NYC over many decades, and properties throughout Manhattan.  We are seeking a #2 superintendent with strong foundations experience (as well as exposure to superstructure, and the rest of the project).  Please have experience on projects up to 30-40 stories or more, and on projects over 500k sq ft.  Experience building in MANHATTAN is preferred.

This is to join a team as an in-house CM for a developer.

Project Executive

Our client is an established CM firm in the non-union ground up and large scale conversion mix use, residential and commercial sector in NYC.  We are seeking a SN PM ready to take the next step into a hands on PX role where you will be still engaged in the project, but will manage PMs and SPMs, coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and be responsible for the global picture of a project or various projects.
