Seeking Senior Field Construction Manager

Travel Required, based out NYC
Reporting to global lead.

Oversight of junior coordinators / managers.
Multiple Site Construction of ground up, renovation, store-in-store

Required Experience:
CAD, Rhino, Adobe
Building Codes, Permitting
Architectural Background

Responsibilities:

Develop Concept Presentations for review
Communicate finalized concepts to consultants and contractors
Draft, own and maintain CDs, handle sourcing, bidding, submittals
Oversee budget and schedule.
Permitting / Building Code Compliance

Salary up to 140k
