Our client is a start up Real Estate Phenomenon in the Hospitality Sector, focused on quality and brand, while also executing a vision of both rapid local / regional, and national expansion.  We are seekin ga Real Estate Manager / Director with extensive site selection through to leasing experience, and a tremendous hunger for problem solving and creative solutions!

Minimum 5 years' experience in retail real estate
Minimum 10 years' experience in real estate
Experience in strategic, data informed site selection
Collaboration with developers, landlords, brokers, legal teams, marketing and brand teams to ensure holistic success
Tremendous analytical financial skills
Project Management (Budget, Cost Tracking, Scheduling) experience
