ESTIMATOR
Our client is an established CM firm with well positioned for stability through this challenging time, and extremely well positioned for growth in the coming years.  We are seeking an estimator with experience in construction management in NYC – preferably with ground up or large scale conversion experience.  Our client is open to either an earlier career estimator who is just moving up from junior to mid level or an established estimator.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience, up to 20 plus.
4 year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of experience estimating ground up or large scale renovation projects in NYC
True CM experience
