Legal Compliance Officer
Our client is a massive Developer / Builder seeking an in-house Legal Compliance Officer with a focus on Contracts and Insurance compliance. Working directly with the CFO, development and construction teams, you will advise on contracts, risk management, liens, tax issues, insurance and risk management programs, and will support legal counsel on lease amendments, contracts and other related items.
