Immediate Senior Project Manager Position available w/Developer Builder in NYC. This is a role positioned for growth.

We are seeking a senior project management professional with true Architecture and Construction Management experience on high rise projects (over 40 stories) in NYC.

This role would collaborate directly with ownership and the director of construction on high profile large scale developments including high rise residential / mixed use and commercial office.

Our client is seeking an adaptable, flexible, high functioning professional capable of trouble shooting design and construction challenges throughout the life of a project. While this is not a true development manager role, and while the focus is primarily on the in-house construction management function of the company, your design development and design build capabilities will be regularly put to use. In this role you will be collaborating with the best minds and most accomplished professionals in the industry.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' experience in NYC Construction and Architecture

Multiple Large Scale High Rise Projects in NYC over 40 stories

Project Management of Design and Construction throughout the execution phase of a project

The ability to adapt to new needs of the team and project, providing expertise where needed

BA / BS Degree, and preferably an MS

(Optional: Registered Architect may be a bonus / plus)

If you are hung up on compartmentalizing disciplines, job title, and if you are myopic when it comes to new ways approaching large scale NYC high rise developments, this is not the role for you.
