Start up Real Estate company focused on multi family ground up residential projects seeks Director of Construction.  

In its early phases, our client is looking for a TRUE BUILDER who is passionate about being on site, seeing projects come together, understanding the nuts and bolts of putting together a building – but also someone who will identify areas for improvement, who will utilize technology, process changes and strategies to create efficiencies and a better product.  This person will also need to make recommendations on how to scale the business over the first few years including hiring personnel and putting tools and controls into place that will assure a quality product delivered in a timely fashion within the required budget.

This is a self funded owner, operator, developer, builder – so what is important here is the process and the product, not necessarily the presentation of progress to 'a client'.  

Over time this role will elevate to a larger picture, strategic role, but will always need to be at its center – a hands on builder.
