Best in class CM firm in NYC seeks Leadership Candidates for PX or VP / PX roles to lead multiple projects simultaneously, or cumulatively over several hundred million dollars worth of work in the following sectors:

Large Scale Ground Up High Rise Residential (market rate, luxury and affordable)
Conversions – Office to Residential

Requirements:

Experience as lead manager over teams of 8 or more on projects over $150 million.
Minimum 10 years of experience in NYC CM project leadership.
Experience working for one of the top volume CM firms in the city (top 5 preferred).
Exposure to and engagement in implementation and compliance with best practices, systems and processes.
Embracing a collaborative problem solving culture including creating a space for mutual accountability.

Salary 300k ++
