Our client is the in-house CM / GC for an established owner operator in Manhattan.  In addition to performing tenant fit outs, white box, landlord improvements, capital improvements, etc….this in-house GC / CM also provides general contracting services to external clients within the high end residential, commercial office, and retail sectors.  Projects 1-5 million dollars.
