SENIOR ESTIMATOR – CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in NYC Construction Management on high rise residential projects.  Preferred diversity of project experience includes ground up, renovations, high rise, mixed use, commercial, affordable, market, luxury residential, and other project types.  Exposure to all trades required.   You must be able to work collaboratively and also autonomously – with some mentorship or direct management experience.
