• Assistant Project Manager, CM / GC.  Join one of the most reputable CM / GCs in the city and work on projects ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion.  Must have a passion for construction management and an interest in learning the ropes at a 50 year old legacy of integrity and high profile projects in NYC.  Salary 60-70k.
• Junior Accountant, CM / GC.  Must be a miracle worker in Excel, must have strong pivot tables and VLOOKUP experience, must have strong general accounting educational experience, and preferably a degree from a local college / university in accounting.  Salary 60-65k

1-5 years of experience

• Assistant Project Manager to join luxury residential builder (Townhouses and Apartments with hard cost construction value of $1-15 million).  Procore experience required.  85k-90k.  Great benefits.
• Assistant Project Manager to join high profile CM / GC on large scale institutional projects, high end retail and residential projects, minimum 3 years of experience, 90-125k.  Great stability and growth!
• Junior Project Manager to join company focused on large scale projects (CM / GC) must have 5 years of experience and be on the precipice of a PM role, 130-150k, project experience over $50 million
• BIM Manager / Coordinator needed with over 3-4 years of experience, 4D experience, and CM / GC experience – must be capable, strong and growing.  Salary 140-150k.
