Family Office seeks Asset Manager

Requirements:

• Oversight of at least 1 million sq ft of office property in NYC
• CFA or MBA
• Experience with lean operations, and physical engagement with assets (in-house property management)
• Acquisitions experience, Argus, Financial / Budget Analysis
• Investor reporting, Leasing
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strategic Planning – repositioning, refinancing, dispositions, acquisitions, capital projects
• Salary up to 200k, full benefits, 2-3 weeks PTO, bonus potential
