We represent one of the top CM firms in NYC focused on large scale ground up and conversion / renovation projects primarily in the residential sector (affordable, market rate, luxury) as well as with Studios, Office, Hotels.  

Our client is seeking a top notch MEP Project Manager with extensive large scale project experience preferably in both complex renovation and ground up projects.

We are open to candidates from residential but also medical project sectors.
