Sales Ops Manager
Our client is an established and growing high end residential builder in NYC focused on single family estates / townhouses / apartments.
They are deliberate and intentional in their vision for growth, partnering with best-in-class consultancies to not just grow – but to grow the right way.
The Sales Ops manager will be a crucial ingredient to that growth model, and will shadow and support ownership directly.
We require a proven business development / sales expert who brings operational awareness and excellence, best practices, and a balance between exceptional interpersonal skills and process / systems experience.
In this role you will primarily be working with ownership on inbound requests, proposals and agreements, coordination with estimating, service and project management teams, internally focused tracking of every single lead, proposal, contract, and so on.
Required for this role:
High End Residential Construction Experience (seriously preferred)
We are also able to consider candidates with sales experience within the construction / GC field, including architecture, engineering.
Minimum 6 years in a sales / business development role focused on sales coordination and operations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in creating and implementing new processes / workflows / systems for sales – developing and implementing SOPs.
Minimum 3 years of experience working within a CRM (additional points for experience in HubSpot)
