Our client is a fully integrated manufacturer, designer, developer and builder of prefab multifamily residential buildings.  They are positioned for national expansion and have multiple active and pipeline sites throughout the state of Connecticut.  We are seeking a strong and adaptable superintendent with ground up experience on sites throughout CT and preferably some multifamily residential experience.  Most importantly you should have the ability to adapt to new means and methods of construction and should have the capability of learning new processes and procedures.  Flexibility is key, organization is crucial.  Join this growing team now!
