Luxury Residential (Townhouses / Apartments) General Contractor / Construction Manager seeks Estimator to join a team of estimators focused on large scale $5-50 million single family townhouse and apartment projects.

Preferred Experience:
– NYC Estimating Experience
– High End Residential Single Family Apartments & Townhouses
– CM and GC Contract Estimating
– Detailed Estimating (not just pulling numbers from subs)
– Strong Communication Skills

Salary 140-150k plus benefits
