Be the first HR Director at this established CM / GC firm in Manhattan focused on large scale and high profile projects throughout NYC.  Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will build upon their existing HR framework and bring in best practices while alleviating some of the existing work this VP handles with respect to HR – including benefits, reviews, learning and development, compliance, employee relations, employee handbooks, culture building, recruitment, hiring, etc…

You bring at least 5 years of experience in HR Management and can work independently and in collaboration with principals, operations and other stakeholders.  You are patient, hard working, and will bring systems and processes of best practices into this already well established company.

Salary target is 150k, with a range of 125-160k, plus benefits, PTO, 401k match, etc..  This role does not offer remote or hybrid work.
