Seeking an in-house property manager / owners rep project manager to oversee strategic planning and execution on renovations and special projects within a 4 property estate including apartments and stand alone homes in Manhattan and Long Island. Architect and Contractor selection, logistics planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, quality control, in a dynamic and often changing environment where priorities may shift and and efforts may need to align.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience.
Minimum 5 years in high end residential single family
Design and Construction oversight on renovations / new construction
Project Experience over $4 million
Multiple Projects managed simultaneously in various phases
True OR experience (preferred)
Direct employment by family / estate (preferred) in the past or present

Salary: 150k-175k, 2 weeks PTO, 5 sick
