Our client is an established mid to large sized OR firm in NYC focused on a variety of market sectors but looking actively at expansion within the commercial interiors market.  

We are seeking a proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, industry connections, staff management experience, client development and project management experience to build and lead a commercial interiors focused team within an established firm.

You will possess the following:
– Industry Contacts, and a path towards bringing your clients with you (considering NDAs, etc…) to a new company.  
– Business Development Capacity and Experience
– Project Management experience – running projects, and the ability to roll up your sleeves and run projects when necessary.
– Team Management – Hiring, Mentoring and Training
– Strong Experience and Exposure within the Corporate Office – Legal, Financial, Retail, Media and other sectors.
– A collaborative, intellectual, positive and professional approach to business

Salary Target up to 250k + (room for the right person)
Bonus Potential and Profit Share at Competitive Rates
