Our client is a 50 year old stable and well regarded CM firm with a tremendous portfolio of work.  As they currently embark on a 7 year design build $2.9 billion project they are seeking a leader for all electrical scope to join the team as Electrical SPM.

Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of electrical contracting experience on the CM / GC or Specialty contractor side.
– Experience on massive large scale ground up projects.
– Experience in NYC Large Scale Ground Up Public and Private Projects
– Ability to commute between Wall Street and the Bronx (office and site)
– Strong coordination experience, strong team leadership experience, strong exposure to preconstruction through close out.

Salary: 225-250k, benefits, PTO
