Growing but established GC / CM on Long Island seeks PM / SPM to lead ground up and renovation projects on Long Island primarily focused on the residential multi family and industrial sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:
– 7-15 years of experience
– Lead role on projects over $30 million
– Residential and Industrial / Warehouse Experience
– Commutable to all Long Island Projects 
– Strong references
