Very small OR firm growing organically seeks new member of the team to oversee, with autonomy, large scale ground up and renovation projects in the Hospitality / Hotel sector from concept to completion.  This includes team selection, design development, preconstruction, construction and close out.

Requirements:
10 years minimum experience in Construction Management / Design / Development (a mix of all three is ideal, but CM or OR / DM experience is required)
Hotel Experience (preferred 5 star or very high end)
Ground Up projects over $75 million
NYC Experience 

Salary: 200k, benefits, bonus
